Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of old-pro.zentoramarketing.com and any related services we provide online (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Old Pro Roofing, LLC ("Old Pro Roofing, LLC", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What this site is

The Site is an informational marketing website for our business, serving Burleson and Fort Worth, TX. It lets you learn about our work and contact us to request an estimate. The Site itself is not a contract for services.

Estimates and project work

Any pricing, timeline, scope, or feasibility information shared on the Site or in early conversations is general guidance, not a quote. Pricing for your project is established only in a written, signed agreement between you and Old Pro Roofing, LLC. Work proceeds only under that signed agreement, which controls in case of any conflict with content on the Site.

Acceptable use

When you use the Site you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or break the Site or its hosting.
• Scrape content for republication, training data, or competing services without our written permission.
• Submit false contact information or impersonate someone else.
• Use the Site to send unlawful, harassing, or harmful material.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access non-public areas of the Site.

Intellectual property

All photographs, project galleries, written content, logos, and design elements on the Site are owned by Old Pro Roofing, LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share links to public pages. You may not copy, republish, or use the content commercially without our written consent. Brief quotation with attribution and a link back to the source page is allowed for editorial purposes.

Third-party content and links

The Site may embed and link to content hosted elsewhere, including video embeds, review widgets, and maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

No warranty on site content

We work to keep the Site accurate, but content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cost ranges, timelines, and best-practice guidance reflect our experience on past projects and may not apply to yours. Always confirm specifics with us in writing before you make a decision that depends on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Old Pro Roofing, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Old Pro Roofing, LLC harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the business operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts for that location, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows the most recent change. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
